BRANDING

We respond by thanking positive reviewers and work with your management to respond to negative reviews to remedy the customer relationship and show others that your business is proactive about recognizing feedback of any type. While we cannot affect review ratings, we respond on Yelp, Google, OpenTable, Facebook, TripAdvisor, other business-specific review outlets, etc.
HIRING/TRAINING/HR
Very few restaurants have a solid front or back of house staff with servers, bartenders or line cooks that stay in their positions for long periods of time. We assist restaurants with the hiring process by creating online job ads, vetting candidates in preliminary phone interviews, and then passing along worthy candidates for in-person interviews. We also assist with training (as it relates to new menus or processes) and have assisted our restaurants with the creation of policies and procedures as well as employee handbooks.
SYSTEMS ANALYSIS
In addition to food cost and menu pricing analysis, we will survey your labor/scheduling systems for holes or overlaps to help you better staff your restaurant for peaks and off-peak times, analyze your inventory and vendor costs to identify potential money/time-saving options, perform a mock health and/or safety inspection to illuminate potential areas that may be flagged during a real inspection, and look through your overall expenses to identify areas that can be streamlined or improved.

Online marketing strategy development and management of social media accounts for businesses including daily presence posting on social media platforms to include Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Vimeo, TikTok and YouTube. Increase audiences and engage with followers. Hands-on interaction with your company to determine the best ways to boost your business through increasing page visibility, continuity, and targeting key demographics. Creation and placement of Facebook, Instagram and Twitter ads as well as Google AdWords. Management and upkeep of Google My Business, Yelp, TripAdvisor, OpenTable and other online resources.
